What's included
Every service covers the following checks as a minimum. We follow manufacturer guidelines and Gas Safe best practice throughout.
Flue & Combustion Analysis
We check flue integrity and combustion performance to confirm your boiler is burning safely and efficiently.
System Pressure Test
We check and adjust system pressure, inspect for leaks, and ensure the expansion vessel is correctly charged.
Controls & Thermostat Check
We test your programmer, thermostat, and TRVs to confirm they're operating correctly and not wasting energy.
Heat Exchanger Inspection
We inspect the heat exchanger for signs of scaling, corrosion, or blockage that reduce efficiency.
Electrical Safety Check
We verify all electrical connections are secure and that the boiler's safety devices are functioning properly.
Gas Rate & Burner Test
We confirm the gas rate is within manufacturer specification and the burner is clean and operating correctly.
