General
We're heating and energy specialists serving South Wales and the South West of England. We install modern heating systems, solar PV, renewable energy systems, insulation, and smart controls — for both government-funded and private customers.
We cover South Wales from Pembroke to the Severn Bridge, and into the South West of England including Bristol. Our coverage includes Pembrokeshire, Ceredigion, Powys, Carmarthenshire, Swansea, Neath Port Talbot, Bridgend, Rhondda Cynon Taf, Cardiff, Newport, Bristol, and the wider South West — and everywhere in between.
Our office is open Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:00pm. You can reach us on 01792 44 66 46 or email [email protected].
We're TrustMark registered, PAS 2035 compliant, Gas Safe registered, and operate under the Consumer Code for home energy installations. These ensure every project meets the highest standards for safety, quality, and consumer protection.
Funded Support
Yes — government-funded energy upgrade schemes including ECO4, the Boiler Upgrade Scheme (BUS), and Welsh programmes are currently available for eligible homeowners. Visit our Funded Support page or call us on 01792 44 66 46 to check your eligibility.
ECO4 (Energy Company Obligation 4) is the main government scheme for improving energy efficiency in fuel-poor and low-income households. It covers insulation, heating upgrades, ventilation, and smart controls as part of a whole-dwelling approach. Eligibility is based on benefits received and property EPC rating.
The Boiler Upgrade Scheme offers capital grants of up to £7,500 for property owners to replace fossil fuel heating with heat pumps. It's primarily aimed at off-gas-grid homes in England and Wales.
The easiest way is to contact us. Call 01792 44 66 46 or fill in the form on our Funded Support page. We'll check your eligibility based on your circumstances, benefits, and property — no obligation, no pressure.
Funding from different schemes (e.g. ECO4 and BUS) cannot be blended for the same measure. However, a property can be treated under one scheme and then another afterwards, provided eligibility criteria are met. We'll advise on the best route for your situation.
Our C&T Smart Energy division offers the same high-quality installations — solar PV, battery storage, heat pumps, boilers, insulation, and smart controls — with flexible finance options to spread the cost. Visit our Smart Energy page or use the System Estimator to explore your options.
C&T Smart Energy
C&T Smart Energy is our premium division for homeowners and landlords who want to invest in high-performance energy systems on their own terms. No grants, no waiting lists — just expertly designed solutions built for long-term value.
Solar PV, battery storage, air source heat pumps, hybrid heating systems, smart controls, insulation, and boiler replacements. We also offer popular bundles like Solar + Battery, Heat Pump + Solar, and our complete Future Proof Package.
Visit our Smart Energy page and complete the consultation form, or call us on 01792 44 66 46. We'll discuss your property, goals, and budget, then put together a tailored proposal — no obligation.
Private installations include C&T Group's workmanship warranty. Manufacturer warranties vary by product and will be confirmed in your quotation and handover pack. Extended warranty options are also available at the time of installation.
Heating Systems
Most heating system installations are completed within 2–5 days, depending on the complexity of the work and the type of system being installed.
If your boiler is over 10 years old, it's likely running at 60–70% efficiency. A modern condensing boiler, heat pump, or hybrid system can dramatically cut your energy use and reduce your bills.
A hybrid system combines an air source heat pump with your existing boiler. The system automatically switches between the two based on which is most efficient at any given time — giving you the best of both worlds.
Solar PV & Battery Storage
Most solar PV installations are completed in 1–3 days. Battery storage can be added at the same time or retrofitted later.
Ideal properties have a south, east, or west-facing roof with minimal shading. We carry out a full site assessment including shading analysis to make sure your system will perform well.
Yes — adding a battery means you can store surplus energy generated during the day and use it in the evening, maximising your savings and reducing your dependence on the grid.
Insulation
There's no point heating a home that can't hold onto warmth. Insulation reduces heat loss, which means your heating system works less and your bills drop. It also makes renewable systems like heat pumps more effective.
We install loft insulation and cavity wall insulation. Each type suits different properties — we'll recommend the right approach after assessing your home.
Not when installed properly. We always carry out a ventilation review as part of any insulation project to prevent moisture build-up. This is a PAS 2035 requirement and a C&T Group standard.
Process & Aftercare
Every project follows five stages: Enquiry → Survey → Design → Installation → Aftercare. We keep you informed at every step and don't cut corners.
We provide a full handover and system demonstration on completion, plus ongoing support. If anything isn't right, we'll come back and sort it.
Contact us by phone (01792 44 66 46) or email ([email protected]). All complaints are logged within 24 hours, acknowledged within 2 working days, and we aim to resolve them within 10 working days. Full details are on our Governance page.
