Neil Jones did a fantastic job! It was friendly and professional the whole way through. He discovered we had problems with our gas pressure and called Wales & West to come over that evening and sort that out for us. This meant Neil had to come back the next day to finish (and we're all the way in Bristol!) and again, friendly, professional, and has done a fab installation of the boiler including extra pipe work too.
