Book an EPC

Whether you're selling, letting, or simply want to understand your home's energy efficiency, an up-to-date EPC is essential. Our qualified Domestic Energy Assessors cover South Wales and the South West of England.
What Is an EPC?
An Energy Performance Certificate rates your property's energy efficiency from A (most efficient) to G (least efficient). It includes recommendations for improvements that could reduce your energy bills and carbon footprint.
EPCs are a legal requirement when selling, renting, or building a property. They're valid for 10 years, but if your home has had upgrades since the last assessment, a new EPC could reflect a much better rating.
Why You Might Need a New EPC
- You're selling or letting your property
- Your current EPC has expired or doesn't reflect recent improvements
- You've had heating, insulation, or renewable energy upgrades installed
- You want to check eligibility for government-funded energy schemes
- You're a landlord needing to meet minimum EPC requirements (band E or above)
